How Porncut cuts a film

Porncut is a directed studio loop. Nothing expensive runs until you approve the plan and confirm a fixed quote. The current Alpha export is a Preview Film, not a finished feature.

1. Write the brief Describe two clearly adult synthetic characters, the setting, the acts, and the pacing. Porncut does not accept real-person photos or likeness.
2. Approve a ScriptVersion The narrative is frozen as an immutable script: cast, setting, beats, constraints. Camera directions are not invented here.
3. Approve a 3-shot storyboard Coverage, blocking, continuity and motion feasibility are planned as exactly three shots for the Alpha Preview Film.
4. Prepare motion drivers Each shot is bound to verified catalog motion. This step does not generate video and does not spend credits.
5. Quote, then generate A/B A fixed credit quote is shown first. After you confirm, two H3 variants are generated for the selected shot.
6. Accept one take and export Keep A or B. When all three current shots are accepted, export the Preview Film: 3×22 frames at 24 fps.
